Two smart phones Samsung Galaxy line received higher scores than three current models of the iPhone, in a survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 was evaluated with 84 points out of a total of 100 points, said according to research published today by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Galaxy S4 was not included in the survey, since the survey was conducted shortly before the debut of Samsung model its newest phone, the Galaxy S4.
Based on consumer satisfaction, the Apple iPhone 5 is ranked in third place with 82 points, followed by the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S.
Overall, Apple met with a collective score of 81 points, although this result is a decrease of 2 percent from last year. Samsung’s overall score was 76 points, but that was an increase of 7 percent compared with 2012.
